HOW FAST CAN I GET MY TICKETS?
The answer to this is “mighty darn fast.” But really, the speed of the process depends on you.
No, you can’t pay more to get your tickets faster. Why? Because we only have one speed: Supersonic.
If you send us clear, concise information, and good quality artwork, we can generally have a proof ready for you to approve in 48 hours. Once you’ve approved the proof, it’s usually just another day or so until you’re printed and shipped.
You do have the option of upgrading your shipping from our standard UPS Ground to a 2nd Day or Overnight service, but that’s going to cost a bit more. You’ll need to call our shipping department to get a quote for expedited delivery.
Of course, you can always just give us a call at (800) 988-1622 to see how things are looking in the production department. Once your tickets are shipped, we send you an e-mail with your UPS tracking number so you can follow their delivery on line.
Bottom line, we understand that you need your tickets yesterday!
