HOW TO ORDER YOUR TICKETS

If we’ve done a fantastic job and answered all of your questions, then you’re ready to place your order!

  1.  Visit the tab above marked “Order Form”, fill in all the fields and press submit.  Make sure your contact information applies to business hours!
  2. If you have a specific layout or design in mind, you can download our PDF ticket templates and fill them in with the exact information that will appear on your ticket.  Note:  This is NOT a required step in the order process.  We’re happy to design your tickets based on the information you provide over the phone or in an e-mail.
  3. After you submit your order you will be suplied with e-mail addresses for our design department and customer service. You can then email logos, pictures, or graphics that will be included on your tickets. Graphics that are copied from internet websites generally don’t reproduce well.  Try to get your sponsors to send you high quality logos and images for best representation.
  4. When we’ve received ALL of your information, our design department will create your  tickets and e-mail a proof for you to approve.

Please note:  WE WILL NOT PRINT YOUR TICKETS UNTIL YOU APPROVE YOUR PROOF!

  1. When proofs are approved, we collect your payment information and your tickets move into the printing and shipping process.
