Unless you can move your event dates back if your tickets don't get there on time - prompt, timely delivery of your tickets is a requirement, not an option. We know fast turn-around time is often the number one factor in making a purchasing decision. Having a great looking ticket may be secondary to getting them fast. After all, ugly tickets are better than NO tickets. We monitor every step in our entire process to ensure we have a total turn-around time that sets the industry standard. We don't have rush charges, because we only have one speed - fast!
